We will always give you the best value possible in each and every box. Subscription boxes will typically save you 30% on your purchases, and DuraPaw exceeds this! For as low as $45 per month, you will receive upwards of $70 to $90 of value inside your box of dog goodies!
Your price will never increase as long as you are a DuraPaw subscriber with an active subscription. The price of your DuraPaw subscription box that you received upon signing up is the price you pay for life!

Account and Billing Questions
We ship same business day. Depending on where you are located, it can take 3-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You'll be billed initially when you place your order and then every 30 days thereafter, once your first box has been shipped.
Although we would never want to see you go, cancellations are made easy and simple! If you have any issues or concerns, just email us at hello@durapaw.ca and we'll assist you promptly.
As a default, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the end of each subscription period/term. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
If your subscription auto-renews and you wish to discontinue future shipments, simply contact us and we'll address the situation promptly.
