Same Day Expedited Shipping - Automatically applies to business days during working business hours

Our Shipping fees are as follows:

• Subscription Boxes - Free Shipping
• Individual Toy and Treat Orders - Free Shipping over $49.99

We always try to ship your package the same business day you order! It is important to remember that we do not ship on weekends, so if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Within Canada, you may receive your package within 3-8 business days, however, it is not within our direct control, and we cannot be held responsible if a package is delayed for any reason.

Please note that our deliveries do not require signatures, if no one is at the shipping address you provided to accept the package, it will be left at the door. In the event that a package goes missing, is lost, or is stolen, we are not responsible. Please ensure that your package has been tracked, that you are aware of the delivery date, and that you are available to accept your package at the shipping address. Additional freight charges may incur if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.

You are responsible for providing us the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred.
